1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Carehind platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Carehind assists patients in coordinating medical travel, booking consultations with JCI hospitals in India, visa invitations, translation, and logistics.
2. Scope of Services & Liability Disclaimer
Carehind acts solely as a medical travel facilitator and translation coordinator. We are not a medical provider. All clinical decisions, surgeries, and diagnoses are performed exclusively by licensed medical practitioners at our JCI-accredited partner hospitals in India. Carehind holds no liability for the medical outcomes of the procedures.
3. Booking Rules & Clinical Documentation
Consultation schedules and initial itemized cost estimates are provided based on the medical reports you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted patient files and health descriptions are authentic and accurate. Discrepancies may alter the final surgical estimate.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Carehind be held liable for clinical failures, medical complications, or administrative issues arising from hospital operations in India. Patients sign direct clinical releases and waivers with the operating hospital prior to treatment.
