At Carehind, we secure your personal health records with the highest compliance. All uploaded medical reports, imaging scans, and doctor messages are protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS transport encryption and handled under equivalent HIPAA privacy policies.
2. Information Collection and Intent
We collect patient names, age, phone/WhatsApp numbers, country, and clinical files solely to secure surgeon reviews and compile treatment cost estimates. We do not engage in profiling or third-party tracking.
3. Data Sharing with Partner Institutions
Your medical data is shared only with selected JCI-accredited partner hospitals in India (e.g. Max, Fortis, Apollo) for the single purpose of reviewing clinical history and finalizing your surgery program. We will never sell or monetize your clinical information.
4. Retention & Erasure Rights
You reserve the right to request a complete deletion of your records from our systems at any time. Simply contact us at support@carehind.co, and our support team will purge your files within 24 hours.
